I called the customer service number to see if there was a way to honor free shipping that was available within a couple minutes earlier (but since I clicked to look at my cart again it was gone). I tested this out on multiple tabs and windows and can have the same order of prints in my cart at the same time with different prices and shipping fees on each. If you use your browsers back, forward, or refresh buttons to navigate the options that are live will change - changing the prices of items you already have in your cart and the price available initially. But that's not even the issue, their promotions change while you are ordering. This site sends loads of spam email even after trying to unsubscribe from their website and through *****'s options. Please contact us via Chat or phone at time we can send you a live proof before order is placed. If you do plan to use us in the future, we do ask that once the item is added to the cart. I do apologize that we didnt get this refunded earlier.Being that a dispute was made, we would be unable to complete a refund on our end. We do not have a quality Team that checks these prints and as such they are printed as they are submitted. When an order is placed we work under the expectation that what we receive is the order in the exact way that it should be printed. In an effort to not have the white border, the image would need to be cropped. I am still waiting to see if this company at least sends the prints I paid for. She confirmed my email address on file and agreed to send the update via email. I explained to her that I was told this before so can she send me an email of our conversation today. I explained that to ********* and she said she would reorder the other two prints and I will get an email when they ship. Five days later I called the service line and spoke to ********* who says we issued a refund do you want that or your prints? I never received a refund or notice if refund or any update about my prints. ![]() I sent another email February 15 about still not receiving my prints and the automated response was we received your ticket and it will be 3-4 days before we respond. I was told if they have a problem they would contact me. I did explain they were a birthday present. I called the service number and spoke to a representative who said she would reorder the prints and have them shipped to me by February 11. I sent an email to the business asking for my other two prints which I paid for and have not received. On February 7 I received one print in the mail. I ordered 3 canvas prints on Jan 31 of this year. ![]()
